    Tangshan Sanyou Group Chemical Fibre Co., Ltd is a subsidiary corporation of Tangshan Sanyou Group. The occupied land area is about 26.8 hectares. The Corporation has 2300 employees and was formally into operation in 1998.Its main equipments were imported from Lenzing Company of Austria and Ebner Company of Germany, which are with features of the advanced automation and stable production control system, etc. It is a large-size enterprise starting at the highest point of the viscose fiber field in China. Most of the operators have graduated from professional technology schools, and middle or higher top managing leaders have graduated from the relative colleges or come from same domestic fields. The employees have better qualities .
    All the employees have developed the enterprise’s spirit ”Maintain our achievements after Group’s founding and everything can be done well as long as we work hard .”,and carried out the technical reforms. The production capacity has jumped from the original 20,000 tons to 80,000 tons, and will reach 100,000 tons in May this year. Then the capacity will rank the second all over the world .The product quality has been in the top ranks in the domestic same field ,and passed ISO 9000 quality system and OEKO-TEX standard 100 one after another. The sale-net covers more than twenty provinces, municipalities in China, and the products have been sold to more than ten countries such as America ,Switzerland and Turkey, etc. The sales income in 2004 was 789,060,000 RMB. and foreign exchange about 15,000,000 US dollars. In order to optimize product structure and increase the competition strength, the corporation has developed and improved “three high” products (high technology content; high additive valve and high economic profit) with high pure whiteness; bamboo-pulp fiber; dyed fiber etc. The chemical fiber in the multi-functional differential viscose staple fiber rate has been in the top ranks and some of the products have filled the domestic or provincial gaps. Lots of titles of honor have been awarded such as “The Provincial Excellent Unit for the Quality Management” and “The Provincial Better Unit for the Technical Improvement , etc.
    In 2005, the Chemical Fiber Company will plan to build a large-size base for the raw material production so as to ensure the sufficient supply of the raw materials. In addition, it is going to develop the new products and try to achieve a success in HWMV technology development. Thus it will fill a gap in the domestic and make a new contribution in the chemical fiber field.
